What are the effects of electrosmog on your energy levels?

The first signs of low energy may appear if you wake up feeling tired despite having had at least 6 hours of sleep, or if you find you can’t get going in the morning without coffee, espresso, or tea. Similarly, if you’re so exhausted after a typical workday that you unintentionally fall asleep on the sofa, this is a concern.

The first approach addresses the flow of energy within the body. Many individuals develop blockages due to particularly physically or emotionally demanding events, which can result in only half of their vital energy being utilised while the other half remains blocked. Examples include sports accidents, such as falling on the back from a ladder or horse, which may cause temporary respiratory issues, or complicated childbirth with uncertain outcomes. These blockages can manifest as favouring one leg over the other or minimal use of one arm in daily activities, such as when driving. These blockages can be detected biophysically and alleviated through a form of acupressure. Once the blockages are cleared, individuals often experience a significant positive change on the same day, which they can directly attribute to the original event.

The second approach focuses on ambient energy. If the ambient energy is very low, the body struggles to “refuel” energetically. For example, a walk in the woods or time spent outdoors can provide the necessary energy boost. If you find that you sleep wonderfully and feel energised while on vacation or away from home, but experience fatigue and headaches when you return home, this could indicate that the ambient energy in your home is negatively affecting you. The third approach addresses the state of stress in the body, including the impact of toxins and microbes.
